Website terms.

These are draft website terms for review before commercial launch. Product orders and consulting engagements require separate final terms, a statement of work, or an order form.

Informational content

Site content, diagnostic scores, time estimates, pricing ranges, use cases, and recommendations are general information, not guarantees of performance, savings, revenue, security, or compliance.

AI limitations

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. High-impact, regulated, financial, legal, medical, employment, security, and customer commitments require qualified human review.

Pricing and scope

Published prices are starting points unless explicitly identified as a fixed offer. Final pricing, hardware, integrations, timelines, support, usage costs, taxes, travel, shipping, and scope are confirmed in writing before purchase.

Blueprint Session credit

If a written implementation agreement is signed within 30 days of the 90-minute Agent Blueprint Session, 100% of the $750 session fee is applied to the implementation invoice. The credit is not cash-refundable, cannot exceed the implementation balance, and remains subject to the final order terms.

Hardware and custom systems

Hardware availability and specifications are confirmed before payment. Custom-configured systems may be non-returnable after configuration begins, subject to applicable law and the final order terms. Manufacturer warranties and service-provider warranties are distinct.

Third-party services

Agent systems may rely on model providers, software vendors, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and communication services governed by their own terms, availability, and pricing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to violate law, compromise systems, invade privacy, deceive people, infringe rights, or automate high-impact actions without appropriate authority and oversight.
