Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Private Agent Studio handles information submitted through this site and its private workflow interview.
Information collected
We may collect contact information, business details, workflow answers, interview transcripts, software and integration information, appointment or callback preferences, product configurations, and communications you choose to provide. We ask you not to provide passwords, payment-card numbers, regulated records, or confidential customer data.
Workflow interviews and unfinished drafts
Text and browser-voice interviews may be processed by an AI service and reviewed by Joel or an authorized consultant to prepare the assessment you requested. Your contact details and completed transcript turns are saved after you begin, including when you leave before submitting the final interview. Browser voice is transcribed; Private Agent Studio does not retain raw browser audio. A requested phone interview may also be transcribed after the required disclosure and consent.
Resume reminders and team alerts
If you consent to begin an assessment and pause before finishing, we may send one transactional email containing a secure resume link. We may also alert the assessment team that an interview was started. Team alerts exclude transcript content and link to a restricted review queue. The resume link expires after seven days; opening it confirms access to the email address used for the interview. These service messages do not enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign.
How information is used
Information may be used to create requested assessments, research relevant software, estimate workflow effort, recommend a managed VPS, local, hybrid, strategy, or on-site setup, respond to inquiries, schedule services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Fraud-prevention signals are not used to set pricing or decide which service recommendation you receive.
AI-assisted analysis and human review
AI may help organize interview content, identify pain points, and research possible products. The transcript is treated as source material—not as authority to take actions. A person reviews recommendations before the final report is sent. Time and dollar values are planning assumptions, not guarantees.
Abuse prevention
We use limited technical and interaction signals to reduce automated submissions, duplicate leads, and unauthorized use. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally retained in the interview lead tables; rotating hashes, rate-limit events, email-domain checks, interaction timing, and an optional human-verification challenge may be used instead. Leads that appear automated may be quarantined for review and excluded from email automation.
Service providers
Hosting, AI model, email delivery, scheduling, telephony, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers may process the information necessary to provide their services. At launch, the interview uses site hosting and database services, OpenAI for supported AI interactions, and Resend for assessment and reminder emails.
Retention and choices
Unfinished interview content and secure resume access are intended to be retained for up to 30 days, with resume links expiring after seven days. Abuse-prevention hashes and events are intended to be retained for up to 30 days. Completed assessments and client records may be retained longer for service, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to reminder emails by contacting privacy@privateagentstudio.ai, subject to applicable exceptions.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, including scoped session credentials, restricted review access, rate limits, and email-screening controls, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
